Position Overview
Exaforce is looking for a versatile Marketing Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will own visual design across the full breadth of our brand — from digital to print, campaigns to conferences, and everything in between. You'll work closely with our design, marketing, product, and leadership teams to produce polished, on-brand assets that resonate with a technical, security-focused audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the Exaforce visual brand system, ensuring consistency across all channels and formats.
- Design and produce creative assets across brand, social media, print, conference and event materials, and branded swag.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals, landing page designs, and content graphics.
- Design and manage visual assets within HubSpot for email campaigns and marketing workflows.
- Support Webflow website updates and design improvements in collaboration with the web team.
- Create or direct motion graphics, animations, and video content to support product launches, social media, and event promotions.
- Leverage AI design tools to create brand frameworks, accelerate production and explore creative possibilities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating breadth across brand, digital, print, and marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent).
- Experience creating assets for social media, print, conferences/events, and branded merchandise.
- Hands-on experience with AI design and productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with website design and development, including a basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Webflow for implementing and updating web content and/or designs.
- Experience working within HubSpot for email and campaign design.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and/or video editing.
- Background in SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with a lean team.
