About the role

Exaforce is hiring a Revenue Operations Leader to lead GTM operations. You’ll own sales forecasting, deal desk, territory planning, the CRM, and revenue reporting. You’ll also build and lead the team that runs Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and Channel and Partner Operations.

You’re a hands-on leader. You hire, set direction, and still build in the CRM when that’s the fastest path. You’ll work directly with sales leadership and alongside marketing, finance, and customer success. No layers between you and the people relying on your work.

Priorities move as the GTM motion changes. You adjust the systems and the team without waiting for a new spec.

What you'll own

  • Sales forecasting: Own the forecast cadence. Use CRM data to explain where the business is, why, and what changes it. Sales leaders should be able to walk into a board meeting with your numbers.
  • CRM architecture and buildout: The work is underway and under-resourced. You'll take on a meaningful slice of it: object and field design, data mapping, migration testing, cutover, and getting reps to actually adopt it.
  • Deal desk: Build the approval workflows inside the CRM. That covers discount thresholds, non-standard terms, routing, and the gates that keep deals from skipping steps. Then run the desk day to day with sales, finance, and legal.
  • Territory planning: Design and rebalance territories as the team grows. Coverage should be fair, account ownership should be clear, and capacity planning should rest on real data.
  • Marketing Operations: Own the systems and data behind demand: marketing automation, lead routing, and the handoff from marketing to sales. Pipeline sourcing numbers should be ones sales and marketing both trust.
  • Channel and Partner Operations: Own the operations of partner sales: deal registration, partner pipeline tracking, and reporting on partner-sourced revenue.
  • Revenue reporting: Build the dashboards and the data model underneath them. When two teams disagree about a number, your reporting is the answer.

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years in revenue, sales, or GTM operations, including 2+ years leading a team. You set priorities for yourself and a team, without someone setting them for you.
  • Scope: You’ve led or owned at least two of these three: Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Channel or Partner Operations.
  • CRM: Hands-on admin experience in Salesforce plus at least one other CRM (e.g., HubSpot). You still build objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes yourself.
  • Forecasting: Real sales forecasting experience. You can explain the state of the business to executives and the board in numbers.
  • Territories: Experience designing and balancing sales territories.
  • BI and data: Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or Looker. You integrate data sources and build reporting on top of them.
  • AI: AI tools in your daily workflow. You use them well, have opinions on where they help and where they don’t, and push your team to use them.

Nice to have

  • You’ve been through a CRM migration and can talk honestly about what went wrong.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and lead routing tools.
  • You’ve run operations for a partner or channel sales program.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or another technical B2B category.

This role isn’t for you if

  • You want to manage managers and stop building.
  • You need a defined process handed to you before you start.
  • You wait for someone else to set your priorities.
  • You’d rather keep the peace than tell a seller their pipeline is wrong.

What We Offer

  • Direct access to sales leadership, finance, marketing, and CS. No layers.
  • A foundational seat. What you build becomes how the revenue org runs.
