About the role

This is a foundational Revenue Operations hire at Exaforce. You'll build the operational backbone of a fast-growing sales org. That means sales forecasting, deal desk, territory planning, CRM administration, and the revenue reporting leadership runs the business on.

You'll work directly with sales leadership and alongside marketing, finance, and customer success. There's no layer between you and the people relying on your work. If you've been the one making a revenue org run, and you'd rather name what's broken than work around it, this is the job.

What you'll own

  • Sales forecasting: help run the forecast cadence. Use data from the CRM to clearly articulate where the business is, why, and what changes it. Sales leaders should be able to walk into a board meeting with your numbers.
  • CRM maintenance and buildout: The work is underway and under-resourced. You'll take on a meaningful slice of it: object and field design, data mapping, migration testing, cutover, and getting reps to actually adopt it.
  • Deal desk: Build the approval workflows inside the CRM. That covers discount thresholds, non-standard terms, routing, and the gates that keep deals from skipping steps. Then run the desk day to day with sales, finance, and legal.
  • Territory planning: Design and rebalance territories as the team grows. Coverage should be fair, account ownership should be clear, and capacity planning should rest on real data.
  • Revenue reporting: Build the dashboards and the data model underneath them. When two teams disagree about a number, your reporting is the answer.
  • CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene: Set the standard with sellers. When the pipeline isn't updated or stages are wrong, raise it directly and make the standard stick.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in revenue operations or sales operations, with enough range to work autonomously and set your own priorities.
  • Hands-on CRM administration across more than one CRM, not Salesforce alone. You build objects, fields, workflows, and approval processes yourself rather than filing tickets for them.
  • Real sales forecasting experience, and the ability to explain the state of the business in numbers to executives.
  • Deal desk experience, including building approval workflows in a CRM.
  • Experience designing and balancing sales territories.
  • Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, or Looker. You integrate data sources and build reporting on top of them, not just consume dashboards someone else made.
  • AI tools in your daily workflow. You use them well and have opinions on where they help and where they don't.
  • Directness with sellers. You'll tell a rep their pipeline is wrong, then follow through until it's fixed.

Nice to have

  • You've been through a CRM migration before and can talk honestly about what went wrong.
  • Exposure to HubSpot, Apollo, or newer CRM with a BI-style reporting layer.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or another technical B2B category.
  • You've supported both a mid-market and an enterprise motion at the same time.

This role isn't for you if

  • You need a defined process handed to you before you start.
  • You wait for someone else to set your priorities.
  • You'd rather keep the peace than tell a seller their pipeline is wrong.

What We Offer

  • Direct access to sales leadership, finance, marketing, and CS. No layers.
  • A foundational seat. What you build becomes how the revenue org runs.
