Position Overview
Exaforce is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager who will be responsible for owning the systems, processes, and data that support all marketing activities and campaigns, with a focus on pipeline and revenue impact. You will act as the primary owner of marketing operations: tech stack, lead lifecycle processes, campaign infrastructure, and funnel reporting. You will partner closely with demand generation, evangelism/field, sales/rev ops, and leadership to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and smooth handoffs.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize HubSpot as our marketing automation platform - build and maintain workflows, nurture sequences, segmentation, and lifecycle programs that support demand gen and sales
- Design and maintain lead scoring, routing logic, and MQL/SQL definitions in close partnership with sales and rev ops; ensure every lead gets to the right person fast and with the right context
- Build and maintain funnel reporting and dashboards that show marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue - MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, conversion rates, and ROI
- Implement and enforce UTM standards, campaign tagging, and attribution models so we know what's actually driving pipeline
- Administer and integrate our martech stack - HubSpot, ABM platforms, landing pages tools, and routing/attribution tools -- and flag where we're over- or under-tooled
- Define and document scalable processes for campaign build, QA, lead flow, and reporting so the team isn't dependent on tribal knowledge
- Ensure marketing data practices and email programs comply with GDPR, CCPA, and relevant privacy requirements - this matters to our customers
- Apply AI and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) to improve speed, reduce manual work, and enhance the quality of marketing ops output
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of marketing ops, revenue ops, or marketing automation experience at a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Hands-on HubSpot experience - you've built workflows, scoring models, and lifecycle stages, not just clicked around in it
- Working understanding of lead management and the sales-marketing handoff; you know what an MQL is, why it breaks down, and how to fix it
- Familiarity with attribution and UTM standards - you can implement a tracking model and explain it to someone who doesn't care about tracking
- Comfortable being scrappy and self-directed; you don't need a fully built system to be productive
- AI-forward mindset - you use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools regularly and can apply them to automate reporting, streamline campaign builds, and accelerate your own work
Preferred Skills
- Experience at a cybersecurity or infrastructure company
- Familiarity with Factors.ai, Aurasell, or similar intent/attribution tools
- Exposure to ABM campaign infrastructure or SDR enablement workflows
- Experience working alongside a rev ops or sales ops function
